Sanjay Kumar

Sanjay Kumar is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and technology operations, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Paytm since March 2017. In this role, Sanjay oversees quality and techops engineering, having previously held positions such as Senior QA Manager and QA Manager, where responsibilities included leading the architectural revamp of services within the Recharges Team and managing the recharges and bill payments system across multiple platforms. Prior to Paytm, Sanjay was a Senior QA Engineer at Snapdeal, contributing to scalable system designs and backend API automation. Earlier experience includes an Associate Consultant role at Snap-on Business Solutions, focusing on the development of electronic parts catalogs. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University and a High School Diploma from Army Public School.
