Sonali Sood

Sonali Sood is an experienced HR professional with over 14 years in various HR domains, currently serving as AVP - HRBP at Paytm since 2022. Previously, Sonali held roles at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, including Management Trainee and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed employee lifecycle management and HR analytics. Sonali also worked at TPG Wholesale Private Limited, managing HR operations for over 7,000 employees and leading compensation and benefits initiatives.
