Arvind Agarwal

Arvind Agarwal's work experience begins in 1998 as a Finance Executive at Adani Group. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Executive at Fascel Limited. Arvind then joined BG Broadband India Private Limited as a Corporate Finance Manager from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they worked as the Financial Controller at You Telecom India Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they held the position of Head of Finance at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Arvind then moved to Vodafone India, where they served as the CFO of a 1 billion USD business with 3 billion USD investments from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Financial Controller of a 25 billion USD balance sheet size at Vodafone India. In 2017, they joined Amazon as an FP&A Leader & Business Controller until 2020. Arvind then served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Nykaa from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Group CFO and Executive Director at PayU India starting from 2022.

Arvind Agarwal completed their SMP degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in the year 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a CA degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1995 to 1998. Arvind also earned a CS degree in Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 1996 to 1999. In 2017, they completed a leadership Development Program in Digital and M&A from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, they hold an ACA degree in Finance, controllership, and assurance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which was obtained in 1998. Arvind Agarwal has also pursued additional certifications such as NUS Fintech and Emerging Technologies from the National University of Singapore and Lighthouse - Senior Leadership Training Program from Vodafone in 2022 and 2016 respectively. Arvind is also recognized as an Associate Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
