Silvana Duque

Silvana Duque is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across several companies. Currently serving as HR Ops Manager for PayU since March 2022, Silvana provides solutions related to performance reviews, corporate social responsibility, environmental health and safety, and labor law in the Latin American region while monitoring the HR budget. Prior to PayU, Silvana held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Sutherland, leading various HR functions to enhance employee experience. Silvana's extensive experience includes strategic HR consulting at American Tower Colombia, where responsibilities encompassed executing compensation plans and identifying critical roles. Silvana also has experience in recruitment and employee engagement from previous roles in organizations such as Computec S.A. and Colchones Spring. Silvana holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes and a specialization in Human Resources Management from Universidad de La Sabana.
