PAYUCA Park & Charge
PAYUCA has set itself the goal of making off-street parking and charging as simple and efficient as possible. With the PAYUCA Smart Parking app, the company covers the short-term parking needs of more than 80,000 registered drivers at over 130 locations. With its park & e-charging management solutions for the property industry, PAYUCA focuses on classic residential buildings, office buildings and open spaces. Property owners and property managers can use our solutions to monetise their vacancies and easily manage their long-term parkers digitally, as well as enabling long-term parkers to charge their e-vehicles in the garage directly at the parking space. PAYUCA Park & Charge currently has 40 employees and over 60 reference customers in Germany and Austria. PAYUCA digitises, electrifies and monetises garages as well as open spaces in residential and office buildings. With the B2B product Smart Revenue, we enable owners to monetise their empty garage space via our PAYUCA Smart Parking app with over 80,000 users. These users can currently park in over 130 locations throughout Vienna and Berlin. With the Smart Access product, property managers can manage their long-term parkers easily and digitally. The property manager of the building can easily invite new long-term parkers by email or mobile number within a few seconds and flexibly manage all access authorisations in real time. This reduces the time and effort involved in viewing, handing over and managing access media. Smart Charging resolves the conflict of interest between owner and tenant, as PAYUCA has launched a simple and scalable solution that allows long-term parkers to charge their electric vehicle directly at their parking space by subscription. PAYUCA takes care of the planning and operation. The long-term parker receives access to a wallbox and the electricity for their vehicle via a subscription model.
