Paul E. has over 18 years of work experience in the field of technical writing. Paul began their career in 2004 as a CA Clarity Administrator and Lead Technical Writer at Comcast. In 2012, they moved on to BIOTRONIK as a Senior Medical Writer. In 2014, they joined Unisys as a Senior Technical Writer/Editor, where they researched, organized, wrote, edited and produced data for complex technical publications. In 2016, they worked at NJIT/New Jersey Innovation Institute @NJ Dept of Health, Office of Info Tech Services as a Senior Technical Writer. In 2017, they took on roles as a Senior Technical Writer at FMC Corporation and a Principal Technical Writer at Inkline.com. In 2019, they returned to Comcast as a Senior Technical Writer, where they created full scope of frontline operations documentation for Comcast's X1 syndication business. In 2020, they joined Cigna as a Senior Technical Writer/Technical Training Analyst, where they created technical documentation for Ariba, legacy and enterprise systems administration training and support with focus on technical coaching. Currently, Paul E. is employed at both Payverse and Payscout as a Sr. Software Documentation Specialist.

Paul E. began their educational journey in 1987 at Wilkes University, where they studied Journalism, Theater, and Communications until 1990. Paul then attended Harvard University from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Literature. In 1990, they also began attending Boston University College of Communication, where they studied Journalism until 1995.
