Caroline Kratofil

Caroline Kratofil has worked in a variety of marketing roles over the past decade. In 2010, they were a Copy Editor for The Daily Cardinal and a Marketing Consultant for Sun Dance Cleaning Systems. Caroline then served as a Writing Fellow for the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011 and a Marketing Coordinator/Technical Communications Intern for Electronic Theatre Controls. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Turnaround Management Association. From 2014 to 2019, Caroline held roles at Morningstar, first as a Marketing Associate and then as a Marketing Manager. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Retina AI as both a Marketing Director and Marketing Manager. Most recently, they have been a Director of Marketing at Incentify since 2021 and is currently a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Extend.

Caroline Kratofil obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2008 and 2012. In December 2020, they were certified in Hubspot Marketing Software by HubSpot. Additionally, in September 2020, they obtained their Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
