Megan Melnyk has over 20 years of work experience. Megan began their career in 1998 as a Childcare Provider for F M Kirby Childrens Center. In 2000, they became a Career Center Assistant at Drew University. From 2003 to 2006, they worked for The Princeton Review in various roles, including Assistant Director East Coast High School Programming, Curriculum Consultant, Trainer, Tutor/Teacher, and Author. From 2006 to 2007, they were an Assistant Project Manager - Consultant at JUICE Pharma Worldwide. From 2007 to 2018, they worked for American Express as an Executive Assistant Global Business Transformation and an Executive Assistant Corporate Social Responsibility. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Event Coordinator at The Good Dog Foundation. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Success Account Manager at Extend.

Megan Melnyk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Psychology from Drew University between 1998 and 2002. Megan also holds a Music Together Teacher certification from Music Together LLC, which they obtained in January 2019.
