Ryan Mason, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in the sales and business development industry. Ryan began their career in 2001 as the General Manager of Small Business Sales for Georgia and South Carolina at AT&T. In this role, they were responsible for a $317+ million portfolio of client relationships, 40-plus direct employees, and a market scope of more than 500,000 customers. Ryan also drove small business sales transformation through call center, channel partners, and a direct/indirect Retail organization.

In 2004, Ryan was promoted to the role of Area Sales Manager for the New Orleans district at AT&T. Ryan was responsible for a team of 13 managers and 100 sales representatives, and achieved $22 million in revenue. Ryan was also recognized as the #1 Area Retail Sales Manager % to budget for the Southeast region in 2005 and Summit Club Winner 2004, 2005, 2006.

In 2006, Ryan was promoted to the role of National Director of Business Development & Sales Operations at AT&T. Ryan was responsible for the operational deployment of all company strategic objectives through sales incentives, product launches, iconic launches, communication, and training. Ryan also identified, created and developed the Authorized Retail Business Associate Program (ARBA) which resulted in an incremental $8 million in revenue annually.

In 2008, Ryan was promoted to the role of National Executive Director of Talent Management & Sales Leadership Development at AT&T. In this role, they were responsible for the talent development and training for over 40,000 Retail Sales Consultants, Authorized Retail Sales Consultants, and Indirect Sales Consultants. Ryan also developed and launched the Retail Management Program, which developed over 1000+ existing Retail leaders.

In 2013, Ryan was promoted to the role of National Director of Customer Experience at AT&T. Ryan was responsible for the customer experience and execution in 5000+ retail locations, and AT&T was voted the #1 wireless carrier that year.

In 2019, Ryan left AT&T and joined American Express as the Vice President of New Business Development Global Commercial Services. In this role, they were responsible for new business acquisition across their Large Market and Global Client Group customers.

Later that same year, Ryan joined JustFoodForDogs as the Vice President National Sales. Ryan drove company-wide sales strategy and consultative selling experience for strategic growth and maximum profitability, resulting in boosting sales from $25 million to $40 million. Ryan also directed sales growth and distribution across the decentralized retail sales organization, strategic outside sales channels, and corporate partnerships.

Most recently, in 2021, Ryan joined Extend as the SVP | Head of Bank Sales.

Ryan Mason earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University between 1993 and 1998. Ryan then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Auburn University between 2014 and 2016, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
