Ryan Tsang

Ryan Tsang has worked in the software engineering industry since 2012. Ryan began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Kiva Systems, where they developed an application in Java using the Swing framework, and an addition to the Advanced Workflow Editor in Actionscript using the Adobe Flex framework. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Etiometry Inc., where they performed integration tests, analyzed test reports, debugged code, and optimized system infrastructure. Ryan also retooled and upgraded the company website using HTML and CSS. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Software Developer - Team Lead at CyberGrants, where they built custom packages and procedures based on client specifications, utilized and debugged advanced SQL Loader procedures, designed and developed utilities to automate support tasks, and designed conversion and migration processes for new clients. Since 2019, they have been a Software Engineer II at Wayfair. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Extend.

Ryan Tsang attended Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School from 2006 to 2010. Ryan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Boston University, which they completed in 2014.
