Joel Janssen, CPTM, CTDP, CPHR Candidate, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Management at Payworks Payroll Services Canada. Previously, Joel held roles such as Director of Learning & Talent Development and Manager of Learning & Development at Cambrian Credit Union, where responsibilities included directing talent management strategies, leading performance management programs, and facilitating organizational effectiveness workshops. Joel's experience extends to HUB International as both Manager of Talent & Organizational Development and Regional Training & Development Manager, where initiatives focused on leadership development, onboarding, and succession planning across North America. Joel also contributed educationally as an Instructor in the Property & Casualty Insurance Program at Red River College and holds certificates in Human Resource Management and General Insurance from RRC Polytech.
