JP Perron began their work experience in 1988 at Ceridian, where they served as the EVP Client Services for over 20 years until 2009. JP then joined MTS Allstream in 2009 as the VP Enterprise Solutions, a position they held until 2012. In 2012, Perron transitioned to Payworks Payroll Services Canada, where they became the EVP & General Manager until 2014. JP was subsequently promoted to President of Payworks in November 2014, and later assumed the role of President & CEO in May 2019.
JP Perron attended The University of Winnipeg from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a field of study in Admin Studies. Additionally, in 2020, they enrolled at the Institute of Corporate Directors to obtain a degree in Board governance, specifically an ICD.D.
