Willie Malcolm

Willie Malcolm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management within the payroll services industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Payworks Payroll Services Canada since October 2013, Willie has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Business Operations and Director of Quality & Internal Efficiencies. Prior to this, Willie was with Online Business Systems from January 2005 to September 2013 as a Senior Consultant and Quality Assurance Manager. Willie began a career at Ceridian Canada, where roles included Business/System Analyst and Product Analyst from September 1996 to December 2004.
