Timothy Rausch

Product Specialist at Payzer

Timothy Rausch started their work experience in 2012 at Best Buy as a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent, where they diagnosed and repaired laptops, desktops, and tablets. Timothy also performed software troubleshooting and installation and was responsible for creating and closing job tags. In 2014, they joined SnapAV as a Technical Support specialist and later became a Supervisor. Timothy worked in this role until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Service Operations Supervisor at AmeriGas. In 2022, they joined Payzer as a Product Specialist. Additionally, in 2022, they co-created the Gamma Ray Podcast.

Timothy Rausch attended ITT Technical Institute-Charlotte South from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree. Their field of study was Network and System Administration/Administrator.
