Jack Collins

Jack Collins has extensive experience in finance and consulting roles. Jack currently holds the position of Sr. VP of Finance at P&B Intermodal Services, LLC since 2018. Prior to this, they were a Partner at T & C Associates, where they provided assistance to companies in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, and corporate financing strategies. In 2006, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Collins Consulting, assisting various companies with financial reporting and stock-option backdating issues. Jack also served as a Senior Consultant at Accounting Management Solutions, Inc., where they worked with Comark, LLC and Civiq Smartscapes, LLC. Jack Collins earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from Sufflok University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Jack later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Jack completed their MBA studies from 1985 to 1989.
