Bart Simons

Bart Simons possesses extensive experience in engineering and facilities management, currently serving as an Engineering Leader at PB Leiner since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the CAPEX masterplan for the Vilvoorde plant. Prior to this role, Bart Simons held the position of Engineering and Facilities Manager at Kellogg Company from June 2012 to September 2018, managing the property, plant engineering, safety, and utilities departments for a production site with 700 employees. Bart Simons also served as Engineering and Facilities Manager at Procter & Gamble from April 1990 to May 2012, overseeing similar responsibilities at a larger production site with 1,000 employees. Bart Simons holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven, earned between 1986 and 1991, and attended Sint Pieters College for high school from 1980 to 1986.
