Fernando Villa

Fernando Villa is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at PB Roofing since January 2024. Previously, Fernando owned an EHS consulting business and held positions such as Toyota Construction Safety Management Specialist, where oversight of safety management systems on construction sites was a primary responsibility. With a strong background in risk management, Fernando has also directed EHS for Advanced Pavement Group, spearheading various safety programs and OSHA compliance. Fernando's extensive experience includes roles at CoAdvantage, Environmental Consulting Group, LLC., Chugach Alaska Corporation, and Tiger Environmental Inc., covering a range of safety and environmental initiatives. Fernando holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and various certifications, including US EPA AHERA Building Inspector and Management Planner.
