Lance Lee is the Head of Data at PB Tech, where they lead the transformation of the data team into a strategic Data & AI function. With 15 years of experience at the crossroads of software engineering and data leadership, Lance has established best practices for data governance and architectural frameworks. They built the first data team at PB Tech, leveraging deep technical expertise to enhance business operations and drive automation. Previously, Lance served as a Sergeant and Software Developer in the Republic of Korea Army, and worked as a freelance web developer before joining PB Tech. Lance holds a degree in Computer Science from Korea University and completed training in Systems, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management at the Korea Army Signal School.
