Allysa Singer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in assessment and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Assessment & Development Specialist at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since June 2011, Allysa specializes in conducting survey research and job analyses, as well as developing performance assessment tools, including appraisal systems and structured interviews. Previously, Allysa worked as a Virtual Intern Assessor at Indiana University Northwest, assessing student behavior and skills, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, contributing to research in the field of simulation and training.
