Eric O’Donnell

Eric Olsson, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at the Washington State Department of Health, focusing on IT and Operational Change Management within the Office of Innovation and Technology. In a concurrent role as Principal Consultant at ASMHI, Eric managed a successful cloud migration and implemented a User-Centered Design process to enhance eCommerce engagements. Previous experience includes positions as Global Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Zones, LLC, where Eric significantly improved IT configuration processes for Nike, and interim Operations Director at ASMHI, where business operations were optimized for a residential and commercial inspection firm. Additional roles include Manager of Special Projects at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Senior IT Project Manager at Expedia Group, leading multiple successful initiatives that resulted in substantial operational efficiencies. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology and Business Leadership from Antioch University and an Associate of Applied Science in Commercial Photography from Seattle Central College.
