Fernando Flores, AIA, is a highly motivated project architect and manager currently serving as Associate Principal and Central Regional Civic Leader at PBK. Registered in Texas and Michigan, Fernando has extensive project experience across educational facilities, multifamily housing, and civic projects. Having worked at Marmon Mok Architecture as a Senior Associate and Project Manager, they led the design and management of significant projects such as the $18.5 million Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities Headquarters. Fernando's background includes roles at OCO Architects and Hamilton Anderson Associates, where they developed construction documents and managed client interactions, showcasing their strong problem-solving skills and commitment to client satisfaction. They earned a degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2000.
