Phil Trezza

Phil Trezza, AIA, LEED AP, is the Managing Principal at PBK, where they lead the firm's Tampa office, focusing on business development, management, and project design. Registered as an architect in Florida since 2002, Phil has also acquired a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Council Certificate and became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2006. Phil served on the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the American Institute of Architects from 2013 to 2017, taking on various leadership roles, and was a board member for Florida Resurrection House, Inc. from 2011 to 2019. Prior to their current role, Phil was an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg College, where they influenced over 100 architecture students. Phil holds an Associate in Arts and a Bachelor of Design from St. Petersburg College and the University of Florida, respectively, as well as a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida.
