Joel Bailey, CPA, has a robust background in tax and account management with extensive experience in the professional services sector. Currently a Seasonal Tax Professional at PBMares, LLP since September 2018, Joel previously held the position of Account Manager at Conduent from June 2000 to August 2017, overseeing learning and development consulting services. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Ernst & Young from August 1984 to June 2000, where Joel transitioned from the tax practice to the internal learning and development group.
