Tracey Dail

Tracey Dail is a Partner at PBMares, LLP, where they manage the audit of approximately 90 retirement plans in North Carolina, overseeing assets ranging from $1 million to over $2 billion. They lead a team of nine individuals, addressing audit-related challenges, and contribute to tax planning for high-wealth clients. Previously, Tracey served as Senior Director of Assurance Services at RSM US LLP, where they played a key role in tax preparation and the merger and acquisition of medical facilities. Early in their career, Tracey taught mathematics at East Carolina University and Ayden Grifton High School.
