Jon Panzer

Jon Panzer has extensive work experience in the broadcasting industry. Jon started their career at Pioneer Public Television in 1990, where they worked as a Master Control Operator and Production Assistant. Jon was responsible for managing the broadcast schedule, recording and playback of programs, editing promos, and transmitter functions. Jon left the company in 1993 but returned in 1999 as a Station Manager and Director of Engineering/Operations. During their time at Pioneer Public Television, they also served as the Executive Producer of the show "Your Legislators." In 2020, they joined WDSE·WRPT as the Director of Engineering and Operations. In addition to their broadcasting career, Jon has served on the boards of Swift County Pheasants Forever and the Swift County Fair Association, where they held the role of President. Jon was also a board member of the Swift County RDA from 2014 to 2018.

Jon Panzer obtained their high school diploma in the field of study of High School from Albert lea Senior High School in 1988. Jon then pursued a diploma in the field of Video/Audio Technology from Hutchinson Technical College from 1988 to 1990. After that, they attended Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a diploma in Electronic Engineering.
