Bobby Ghazi is an experienced professional in loss mitigation and training, having held various roles across multiple companies. At Scotia Dealer Advantage, Bobby served as a Loss Mitigation Specialist, while at GE Capital, Bobby worked as a Dialer Senior Specialist. During time at Capital One, Bobby progressed to the position of Loss Mitigation - Skip Unit Process Manager and later as Senior Process Monitoring Manager, overseeing compliance within the Loss Mitigation department. Currently, Bobby is a Bilingual DTO Trainer Fixed Ops at PBS Systems, responsible for training dealership staff on Parts and Service modules of DMS software in both English and French, delivering both remote and onsite training, and ensuring effective software adoption.
