Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a seasoned training specialist with extensive experience in educational roles across various organizations. Currently employed at PBS Systems as a Training Specialist since January 2020, Mike also holds a long-standing position as an Instructor/Trainer at SMHEART First Aid Services since May 1996. Additional experience includes being a Scouter for Scouts Canada since 1998, a Training Specialist and Claims Examiner at Allianz Global Assistance from October 2016 to April 2019, and a Truck Service Scheduler at Toromont Cat from May 2015 to September 2016. Previous roles include Service Advisor at Highway and Trainer at Ontario Patient Transfer. Mike holds multiple certificate degrees in Human Resources Management and Occupational Health and Safety from Algonquin College, as well as a degree in Forestry and Recreation from Fleming College.
