David Waters

David Waters is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Treasury and Investment Management at PBS since October 2013, David previously held the position of Director of Treasury Operations. Prior to PBS, David was the Treasury Manager at Transaction Network Services (TNS) from 2010 to October 2013, and held a short-term role as Senior Accountant in the Treasury Group at Ares Management in April 2010. David's experience includes a five-year tenure as Senior Accountant in the Treasury Group at Allied Capital, and roles as General Ledger Accountant at Balducci's and Auditing Associate at Reznick Group. David holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
