Ian Knauer is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Since April 2014, Ian has served as the Owner and Chef at The Farm Cooking School, which emphasizes fresh and healthy eating on a working farm. Additionally, Ian hosts the cooking show "The Farm with Ian Knauer" on PBS and CreateTV, focusing on simple, healthy recipes. Ian also operates Kitchen Eats, a New York-based catering company, and has experience as a Brand Host for Unilever and as an author, co-authoring "Field & Feast" and "The Farm: Rustic Recipes for a Year of Incredible Food."
