Jill Patrone has a diverse range of work experience. Jill started their career as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 1995 and worked there until 1999. Jill then joined Infirmation.com as the Vice President of Content Development, but the company was later acquired by FindLaw.com. In 2000, they moved to FindLaw and worked as the Director of Career Content Development until October 2000.

Following their time at FindLaw, Jill Patrone joined PBS in 2000. Jill held various positions during their time at PBS, including Assistant General Counsel from October 2000 to November 2003, Associate General Counsel & Labor and Employment Counsel from November 2003 to November 2007, and Managing Corporate Counsel from November 2007 to December 2019. Currently, Jill serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at PBS.
