Matt Schoch is an experienced digital content strategist currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Content Strategy and Social Media at the Public Broadcasting Service since August 2008. In this role, Matt has led teams responsible for digital editorial and content marketing initiatives, including the PBS.org homepage and various genre sites. Previously, Matt held positions such as Director of Multiplatform Content and Social Media and Senior Editor for PBS Digital and PBS Food, where Matt was instrumental in launching and overseeing the PBS Food site. Earlier experience includes roles at the Newspaper Association of America as Web Editor and at the Association for Financial Professionals, managing extensive web content. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
