Nathan Lyon is a Culinary and Culture Ambassador at CuriosityStream since June 2019 and has been the Chef/Host of "Good Food America" on Veria Living TV since 2013. Additionally, Nathan serves as Chef/Co-host for "Growing A Greener World" on Public Broadcasting Service, a role undertaken since 2010. Previous experience includes working as a Food Expert on TLC's "Real Simple Real Life" from 2008 to 2009 and as Chef/Host of "A Lyon In The Kitchen" with Discovery Communications from 2006 to 2008. Nathan gained recognition as a contestant on Food Network Star Season 2 in early 2005. Educational credentials include a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
