Scott Griffin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions, intellectual property, and data privacy. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Public Broadcasting Service since July 2016, Scott has successfully negotiated a variety of technology agreements and led initiatives in privacy compliance, cable retransmission royalties, and intellectual property management. Prior roles include Sourcing Counsel at NCR, Associate Counsel at Aflac, and various legal positions at prominent law firms where Scott specialized in patent and trademark litigation. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a Telecommunications concentration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
