Tess Plotkin

Tess Plotkin is the Senior Manager of Institutional Giving at PBS Foundation, a position they began in May 2024. In this role, Tess builds strategic partnerships with institutional funders and oversees grant proposals and outreach efforts. Previously, they were the Institutional Giving Manager at Emmanuel Music and the Director of El Sistema at Conservatory Lab, both in Boston. Tess holds a B.S. in Film and Television from Boston University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Boston, as well as graduating from the Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership. As an educator and musician, they advocate for the transformative power of the arts.
