Weijin (Gina) Leow is the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at PBS. Prior to this role, Weijin worked as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the New York City Fire Department. Graduating with a Master's degree in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from NYU Gallatin, Weijin has a strong background in creating and implementing DEI initiatives in various organizations, including the Peace Corps and All Stars Project, Inc. throughout their career. Weijin (Gina) has also held roles such as a Career Training Admissions Coordinator at InterExchange and a Productions Coordinator at Rally Armor LLC. Through their dedication and expertise, Weijin has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive environments and promoting diversity in all aspects of their work.
