Deon Botha

Deon Botha is a Principal Consultant and BI Solution Manager at PBT Group since April 2012, overseeing a multi-functional development team of up to 50 individuals to enhance business intelligence solutions for MTN operations across Africa and the Middle East. Deon has experience in establishing offshore development teams and working closely with clients, including MTN Iran. Prior to PBT Group, Deon served as a Senior Business Analyst at Altech ISIS, where responsibilities included compiling user requirements and ensuring quality standards were met. Deon also held positions at Northgate Information Solutions as an ETL Developer/DBA and at Telkom as a Senior Analyst Developer. Academic qualifications include a Management Development Programme from Stellenbosch Business School and an Engineering National Diploma in Computer Systems from Technikon Pretoria.
