David Black, P.Eng., is the Director and Regional Business Unit Lead of the Industrial Business Unit at PBX Engineering, where they provide electrical engineering consulting services to various sectors, including ports, transportation, and municipalities. Since 2014, they have managed the strategic growth of the Industrial Business Unit, overseeing projects and nurturing client relationships.
