Julienne Meyer

Julienne is the Practice Leader of Organizational Agility services at Pournader & Company. She has 20 years of experience in the private sector with expertise in business operating model design and optimization, workforce development, change management, design thinking, and strategy. Her industry experience includes retail, financial services, travel and transportation, and manufacturing.

Julienne began her career at Groupe Galeries Lafayette where she held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in Buying and Merchandising across the Group’s multiple brands. From there, she joined Royal Bank of Scotland in multiple corporate development leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibility for developing, executing, and integrating acquisitions.
