Sofia Cardozo

Sofia is a Managing Director with P&C with over 20 years of experience in corporate development, M&A integration, and performance improvement.

Sofia’s career started with Groupe Galeries Lafayette where she served as a Manager in Corporate Development and was part of the team that created the business infrastructure for the group’s global expansion and acquisition integration methodology used to expand the parent company from its operations in France to a collection of 7 brands operating across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. From there, Sofia joined Iberdrola – one of the largest energy companies in the world – where she led acquisition and integration efforts of the company which included Scottish Power, Avangrid (U.S.), Elektro Holding (Brazil), and others. After Iberdrola, Sofia joined the Triple Five Group and led the global conglomerate’s digital transformation efforts.
