John Marihart

John Marihart has had a long and varied career in the food and beverage industry. John began their professional career in 1994 as the Director of Food and Beverage at Table Mountain Casino. In this role, they were responsible for 14 managers/chefs and 210 personnel, managing a 24-hour 142 seat casual dining restaurant, 480 seat International Buffet, Bingo Concessions, 24-hour Card Room Concessions, Banquets/Catering, and Gaming Floor Hostesses. In 2000, they moved to Palace Casino as the Director of Food and Beverage, where they were a member of the Executive Committee responsible for the 300 employee Food and Beverage Department. John managed operations; food quality, budgeting, recruiting, training and development of management staff; and developed/implemented sales and service strategies. In 2002, they became the General Manager of Dai Bai Dang Restaurant. In 2004, they founded PC Solutions, where they served as CEO/Founder. In 2005, they became a Consultant at Creative Business Solutions, Inc. Finally, in 2018, they founded 13 Prime Steak and served as CEO/Founder.

John Marihart obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Fresno between 1993 and 1998.
