Emma Weston

Emma Weston is an experienced instructional designer and training consultant with a strong background in developing and delivering training solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at PCA since January 2021, Emma delivers Level 3 and 5 apprenticeships in Management, Leadership, and Change while consulting with clients on training development. Previous experience includes roles at Imparta, Hoot, Circle Housing, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Virgin Money, where Emma has focused on understanding business learning requirements and enhancing employee development through tailored programs. Emma holds a High School degree from Blyth-Jex High School.
