Jeffrey Downes is an experienced professional in leadership training and executive coaching, currently serving as a Faculty Member at PCA since January 2019. As the Founding CEO of Shifu In Action P/L since January 2009, Jeffrey specializes in communications and human synergistics, facilitating growth and change at all management levels. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
