Joe Fredericks is the CEO of The Experiential Learning Group, which includes PCA, Youd Andrews, PCA Law, and LGLD. With nearly two decades in Learning and Development, Joe’s multifaceted career spans from law to theatre, showcasing a commitment to Human-centred Leadership and experiential learning. As a founding director of PCA, Joe has contributed to training over 250 client organizations globally, including many FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Joe’s experience as an actor and producer in the West End complements their extensive work as a personal communications consultant and executive coach, significantly impacting individuals and organizations across various sectors. Currently, Joe also serves as a volunteer panel judge for the English-Speaking Union's public speaking competitions.
