Jordan Graham has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as a Laboratory Technician at McGill University in 2009. They then worked as a Collections Manager and Archivist at the Battle Harbour Historic Trust in 2012. In 2013, Jordan worked as a Field Archaeologist at Golder Associates. They also had a role as a Museum and Archival Technician at Aanischaaukamikw Cree Cultural Institute in 2014 and as a Social Media and Youth Engagement Consultant at TORCH | The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities in the same year. Jordan then joined Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021 as a Research Assistant. They later worked at the iOpener Institute for People and Performance from 2015 to 2021, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to Senior Project Manager and Head of Strategic Projects. Jordan Graham's most recent position is at Kin&Co as an Associate Director from July 2021 to February 2022 and later as the Head of Products at PCA starting in September 2023.

Jordan Graham's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled in McGill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons.) degree in Anthropology with a minor in Psychology. They attended McGill University from 2008 to 2012.

In 2013, Jordan Graham pursued further education at the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Archaeology. Their time at the University of Oxford lasted from 2013 to 2015.
