Stephan Erdmann is a bilingual facilitator and designer specializing in drama-based training and experiential learning, with a focus on topics such as psychological safety, inclusion, and leadership. Currently, they serve as a workshop facilitator at LEXi Learn and have extensive experience as a faculty member and trainer with various organizations since 2015.
