Romina Rollan, PHR, has over a decade of diverse experience in human resources and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at PCBB since September 2011, responsibilities include employee relations, benefit administration, payroll, and recruitment for multiple offices. Previous roles include Equity Research Administrative Assistant at Robert W. Baird & Co., Sales Coordinator at IDHASOFT, and Office Manager at Hi5, where Romina consistently improved operational efficiency and supported executive teams. Romina Rollan holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Management from De La Salle University.
