Lance Dwyer has been involved in the construction industry since 1991 and currently serves as the Director of Preconstruction Paving at PCC, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Lance worked as a Construction Estimator at Jeff Hoge Concrete from 2021 to 2022 and as an Estimator at Harris Rebar from 2019 to 2021. They hold an Associate of Arts degree in Business from MCC Longview and studied Art at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Lance is ACI Finish and Tilt certified, showcasing their expertise in various forms of concrete and civil construction.
