Ryan Erfourth

Ryan Erfourth has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Ryan started their career as a Campus Security Officer at Dallas Baptist University, where they patrolled the campus and assisted with traffic flow during events. Ryan then worked as a Service Technician at Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc., where they planned and executed waste bin service requests and maintained customer relationships.

Following that, Ryan joined the U.S. Coast Guard as a Leading Seaman and Seaman, leading teams on law enforcement, search and rescue, and migrant interdiction missions. Ryan also provided coaching to new crew members.

Ryan then transitioned to the Union Pacific Railroad as a Freight Conductor, where they led crews and ensured the safe and accurate operation of trains during yard operations.

After their railroad experience, Ryan worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Technical Support Advisor, VPN Team Product Engineer, and VPN Escalation Engineer. Ryan also achieved a 100% pass rate on a cyber FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and resolved firewall traffic investigations.

Most recently, Ryan worked at Bank of America as an IT Security Specialist IV. In this role, they maintained internal applications, troubleshooted connectivity issues, and implemented software updates and security improvements while adhering to a strict change control process.

Currently, Ryan works at PCCI as a Senior Cloud Security Engineer. It is unclear when they started this role as the end date is not provided.

Ryan Erfourth obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Dallas Baptist University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
