Peter Decker, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at PCCP since June 2019, Peter previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors from November 2013 to June 2019. Earlier in his career, Peter was a Portfolio Manager at TriMont Real Estate Advisors from September 2006 to June 2013 and worked as a Portfolio Analyst at Capmark for a brief period in 2006. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance major and two Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Real Estate, all earned from Georgia State University between 2002 and 2013.
