Project Management and Engineering

The Project Management and Engineering team at PCD is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of audio-visual system installations. They assess client needs, design customized AV solutions, and ensure effective communication throughout the project. This team also provides training and ongoing support to ensure that clients maximize the potential of their new systems, while managing maintenance programs to keep installations operating at peak performance.
